SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ElevenNailArt! Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing Time
Since our nails are 100% handmade and made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to design and prepare your set before it is shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates

• USA & UK: Approximately 7-14 business days.

• Other Countries: 10-21 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, actual delivery dates may be affected by customs processing or postal delays, which are outside of our control.

3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

4. Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, ElevenNailArt will take full responsibility and send a replacement set to you free of charge.

5. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
